WHICH FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES LORDESS ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal, PayPal Credit and Amazon Pay. If you do not have PayPal, you can still make quick and secure payments with MasterCard, Visa, AMEX or Discover through PayPal Credit without creating a PayPal account.
DOES LORDESS CHARGE SALES TAX?
We are required to charge sales tax in certain states. Lordess charges applicable sales taxes based on your order's shipping address by utilizing services from Shopify. Your sales tax will be visible during your checkout before payment.
THE LORDESS PAIR I WANTED ARE SOLD OUT. HOW CAN I GET A HOLD OF THEM?
In support of slow fashion, Lordess does not offer mass or repeat production. Due to our nature of exclusivity, all Lordess collections are produced in small quantities by hand and available for purchase for a limited amount of time. Be sure to follow our website and social media accounts to purchase the latest by Lordess before they are gone! Unfortunately, once we are sold out, there is no way for us to offer more stock.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
2-7 business days, depending on your location.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING & RETURNS?
All full price items come with free shipping and returns in the US. We do not offer free shipping on sale items. Shipment and returns are the responsibility of the customer if purchased item was discounted.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
No. We are unable to offer exchanges due to our limited release designs and quantities. Remember, that’s what makes us different—exclusivity. If you are interested in a different size, simply follow the return instructions for a refund and place a new order on our website. But be quick! We cannot promise our designs and sizes will last.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund. Please make sure your purchase is in excellent condition, otherwise- we won’t be able to provide you with a full refund.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN GUIDELINES?
Merchandise must be:
- Unworn
- Undamaged
- Leather sole’s transparent sticker must still be intact and soles must be in perfect condition
- Shipped back in its original packaging with its original contents; including the shoe box, sticker, tissue papers, shoe laces, dust bags and original packing slip
Worn and damaged items are non-refundable. We highly recommend trying on your shoes in a clean, carpeted area. This will preserve the leather soles of the shoes. Late returns are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund.
Lordess reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If the merchandise you return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
For returns, simply include all original Lordess contents in a shipping box. Do not use the shoe box as the shipping box.
- Affix your return label on top of the shipping box and mail back to us via carrier of your choice.
- Shoot us an email at contact@lordesslimited.com indicating that you are making a return and your reason.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?
Lordess will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a returned package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No. However, if you are from outside of the U.S. and would like to purchase from Lordess, we can make exceptions! Shoot us an email or DM on Instagram.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY LORDESS?
To make sure your Lordess lasts, click Leather Shoe Care and;
- Be sure to always store your footwear away from light and heat.
- When not in use, store your footwear in the Lordess dust bag provided.
- Keep leather surface clean and dry –using a dry, soft cloth.
- Protect from rain and humidity.
- Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces.
- Find a trustworthy cobbler.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Absolutely, yes! All credit card and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks: a 256-bit SSL certificate.
