Which forms of payment does Lordess accept?

We accept PayPal, PayPal Credit and Amazon Pay. If you do not have PayPal, you can still make quick and secure payments with MasterCard, Visa, AMEX or Discover through PayPal Credit without creating a PayPal account.

 

Does Lordess charge sales tax?

We are required to charge sales tax in certain states. Lordess charges applicable sales taxes based on your order's shipping address by utilizing services from Shopify. Your sales tax will be visible during your checkout before payment. 

 

The Lordess pair I want is sold out in my size. When will they be back in stock?

Never! In support of slow fashion, Lordess does not offer mass or repeat production. Due to our nature of exclusivity, all Lordess collections are produced in small quantities by hand and available for purchase for a limited amount of time. Be sure to follow our website and social media accounts to purchase the latest by Lordess before they are gone! 

 

How soon will I receive my order?

Lordess orders are shipped out usually within 2 days after your order is received. Depending on the carrier used and time of the year, it may take 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

 

Do you offer FREE shipping and returns?

All full price items come with free shipping and returns in the US. We do not offer free shipping on sale items (promotions excluded). Shipment and returns are the responsibility of the customer if purchased item was discounted (promotions excluded). 

 

Do you offer exchanges?

Please email contact@lordesslimited.com to discuss your exchange options. But be quick! We cannot promise our designs and sizes will last. If the size you need is out of stock, Lordess will grant a full refund. Please refer to return guidelines below for more details.

 

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund. Please make sure your purchase is in excellent condition, otherwise- we won’t be able to provide you with a full refund. 

 

What are your return guidelines?

Merchandise must be:

  • Unworn
  • Undamaged
  • Transparent protective seal on the outsole must still be intact and soles must be in perfect condition
  • Shipped back in its original packaging with its original contents; including the shoe box, sticker, tissue papers, shoe laces, dust bags and original packing slip

Worn and damaged items are non-refundable. We highly recommend trying on your shoes in a clean, carpeted area. This will preserve the leather soles of the shoes. Late returns are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund.

Lordess reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If the merchandise you return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.

 

How do I return or exchange an item?

First, mail Lordess at contact@lordesslimited.com

We will email you a shipping label to make your return easier, if a return label hasn't already been provided in your original shipment. Do not use the shoe box as the shipping box. 

  • Affix your return label on top of the shipping box/package and mail back to us via the carrier indicated on your return label
  • Free returns may be excluded from your purchase if you shopped during a promotion. If this is the case, we are happy to offer you a discounted return label via email but you will be responsible to cover cost of return shipping.

 Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.

 

What happens if my package gets lost?

Lordess will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a returned package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, no. However, if you are from outside of the U.S. and would like to purchase from Lordess, we can make exceptions! Shoot us an email or DM on Instagram.

 

How do I take care of my Lordess?

To make sure your Lordess lasts, click Leather Shoe Care and;

  • Be sure to always store your footwear away from light and heat.
  • When not in use, store your footwear in the Lordess dust bag provided.
  • Keep leather surface clean and dry –using a dry, soft cloth.
  • Protect from rain and humidity.
  • Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces.
  • Find a trustworthy cobbler.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Absolutely, yes!  All credit card and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks: a 256-bit SSL certificate.
